Screworks anchor fastener plate is designed to provide a greater bearing surface than standard-cut washers and help distribute the load at critical connections. This light bearing plate features a slotted hole that allows for adjustability to account for bolts that are not in the middle of the sill plate. The LBPS offers increased flexibility while meeting the latest code requirements for 2×4 and 2×6 walls.
The connection of the plinth to the concrete floor and the connection between the lower and upper floors is achieved using anchor bolts and threaded rods, in accordance with the design specifications.

Tighten anchor plate to each anchor bolt with nut and standard cut-washer.
