The Holdown Fix should be installed with the provided washer, the required number of Screworks 12g Hex Head Screws and an anchor bolt or screws with a design tension strength that meets the specified design capacities. For optimal performance, use Screworks M12 ScrewBolts. Note: Screworks M10 screw bolts may be used for internal connections where the concrete slab edge distance exceeds 60mm and the applied loads permit.
