1.Use the Right Screwgun: A standard screwgun with a depth-sensitive nosepiece is recommended for optimal performance. For best results, use a screwgun with specifications of Size #6 to #10, and a speed range of up to 2,500 RPM.
2.Ensure Proper Head Seating: The screw head is fully seated when the bearing surface of the head is flush with the work surface, ensuring a secure fit.
3.Proper Fastener Penetration: Ensure the fastener penetrates the metal by at least three full thread pitches to ensure a strong, reliable hold.
4.Avoid Overdriving: Overdriving the fastener may cause failure or strip-out within the substrate. Always monitor depth to avoid damage and maintain the integrity of the fastener.
