Our main manufacturing facility is a 20,000 sq. ft. factory located in Phursungi, Pune (Maharashtra). We also have warehouses in Delhi, Bangalore, and Kolkata, where we keep a diverse range of screws and fasteners in stock.
Established in 2020, the facility is dedicated to advanced product research and development, as well as manufacturing, assembly, and packaging. It plays a vital role as the central hub for our headquarters’ production and logistics operations.
Stratus Steel has expanded into the screws and fasteners industry under the Screworks brand, diversifying our offerings to better serve the construction and industrial sectors. Today, we are the leading LGSF technology turnkey contractors and suppliers of LGSF products in India.
Stratus Steel, an off shoot of MGI India's Light Gauge Steel division, established a new state of the art manufacturing unit in Pune, with 3 FrameCad machines producing 89mm and 150mm steel sections.

Screworks products are easily recognized by the SW mark on the heads of each item, ensuring that it is an authentic Screworks product.
We offer packages of 250, 500, 1,000, and 5,000 units. We can also accommodate smaller or larger quantities based on our production capabilities listed on our website.
Our main manufacturing unit is in Pune, Maharashtra. We also have warehouses in Delhi, Bangalore, and Kolkata.
Screworks offer Class-1, Class-2 and Class-3 corrosion resistant screws (i.e. 72 hrs ,240hrs and 1000hrs respectively). We have a zinc flake coating facility with a degreasing tank, shot-blasting system, dry-spin machine, and custom oven. This setup enables us to deliver durable coatings for steel framing screws, LGSF screws, and deck screws, ensuring high-quality finishes for extended product life.
