1.Screwgun Recommendations: Utilize a standard screwgun equipped with a depth-sensitive nose piece. For optimal performance, the recommended RPM range is 0 to 2,500. Exercise caution when using an impact driver due to its higher torque output, as this may lead to screw failure or spin-out.
2.Proper Seating: The hex head is fully seated when it is flush with the work surface. Overdriving can cause fastener failure or strip out the surface.
3.Penetration Requirement: Ensure that the fastener penetrates the metal by at least three full thread pitches.
