1.Screwgun Recommendations: Utilize a standard screwgun equipped with a depth-sensitive nose piece. For optimal performance, the recommended RPM range is 1500 to 2,500. Exercise caution when using an impact driver due to its higher torque output, as this may lead to screw failure or spin-out.
2.Proper Seating: The hex head is fully seated when it is flush with the work surface. Overdriving can cause fastener failure or strip out the surface.
